Swype Port for iOS Gets Updated With Improved Accuracy, Blue Trace-Line

Posted July 9, 2011 at 4:38pm by iClarified
Andrew Liu has updated his port of Swype to iOS improving accuracy and adding the blue trace-line, reports RedmondPie.

Swype is a touchscreen keyboard input method that allows users to enter words by sliding a finger from letter to letter. The blue line makes it easier for you to keep track of the word you are typing.

You can try the new unofficial beta of Swype to iOS by adding the wynd.x10.mx repository to Cydia.

Works great, but makes my phone application crash back to springboard. Needs a fix.

This has made swype much less accurate for me. It also no longer automatically puts a space after each word. Uninstalled for now.
