One thing I noticed is that my 2G iP, pwned to 2.1, can now be re-charged using the official apple/bmw ipod cable (July 2007). This is good news (for me) However, it's still showing the stupid message 'not made for this iPhone, want to switch off the phone...' when connecting

Can someone me.. Does this passcode lock work for different programs.. Meaning can you lock mail and photos with it or is it just to get into the phone... If it is just to get into the phone that sucks.. I want to be able to lock mail - potots - sms and then I would be a happy camper.. I HATE this... I have tried the lockdown program but it socks becuase you have to keep going back in and locking somethign after you unlock it .. I want it to always ask for a password on those programs... Can someone tel lme WHY this cant be done.. Patrick
