Chet - December 7, 2011 at 10:16pm
Yes, you are stupid. At least you are smart enough to know it!
Gilcilene - August 13, 2012 at 6:44pm
Timmo, this one, that one, any thread you care to faff on is open for fifafn'. Apparently! Dear General sir FKN sir Havsy (Sorry but now that the boss has decreed it, what's a girl to do?) I don't think any the less of you for your cute nickname, you still make me tremble in my stiletto's. And did I mention there's chance I could be in Melbourne at around that time? This could get interesting. BTW, did Catty ever get her chips? You wanna make sure your not sittin next to her at your A-Team Burger meet next Feb.
DixonButtz - December 7, 2011 at 3:23pm
I got it running but it don't connect to the servers for shit. its stupid you cant even use the voice features without connecting to the servers. I jailbroke my shit just for this feature... as for the moment its not worth it. hopefully those genius mother fuckers will figure it out.
Cubert - December 7, 2011 at 9:28am

After a lot of tries (4) I got siri installed but its not connecting to apple server and its been a day still not connecting .... But anyways thanks to the person that actually made it happen now just get it connect!
Byoyo - December 6, 2011 at 9:54pm
4s users see here
Mario - December 6, 2011 at 10:48pm
what is it exactly?
Tim - December 6, 2011 at 10:59pm
lol, looks like someone trying to steal a few iP4S imei's. The ip is somewhere in France near Gueret, maybe where he lives. The .crt address install + running siri is prob getting your ident from your ip4s. As they say "it's a trap"
Byoyo - December 7, 2011 at 4:28am
looks to me like they're collecting iphone 4s data for later use - nothing harmful on my opinion. the more 4s they have the less possibility to have their key blacklisted. this would allow to use siri on other (non 4s) devices
Tim - December 7, 2011 at 7:17am
Sounds to me like someone dosnt care about if their iP4S's siri works in the future. If i had a iP4S, i would not risk giving a strainger god knows what information from my iP4S. I'd only think about it if the dev team or chronic asked for it.
who needs a 4s?
who needs a 4s? - December 6, 2011 at 7:49pm
sounds like someone who paid a fortune for an iPhone 4S just so he could talk to Siri cos he aint got a girlfriend - LOSER!
dubmix - December 6, 2011 at 9:11pm
I don't own an iPhone 4S :) I just got a nice lookin` iPhone 4. I don't need Siri at all. But I'm sick and tired of seeing people complaining about a thing they can't deal with and in the end they blame the one who spent days, weeks...maybe months, how should I get this Siri work on iPhone 4. I, personally think, that's not fair :) So all you Siri lovers, get a life or try to support those who try to bring you what you want on your devices ;) It's just my opinion.
dt - December 6, 2011 at 11:33pm
@ simon gibbons you sound as if you are from a 3rd world country,as i told you learn how to talk and how to spell and how to put across something with substance because what you say is an insult to all the other morons here in this site .. 95% of the people here are so stupid they have trouble wiping their asses

Is there part of the Sirious code that just needs to replace to non-working code in H1siri? anyone tried to install sirious over H1siri?
dt - December 6, 2011 at 11:54pm
@ simon gibbons Hey, don't talk to me about bravery, I spent 4 years in the military (ranger) I have seen more action then you will ever see in your life so go back to school if you want to reply back
JL - December 6, 2011 at 2:28pm
This works fine for me as far as the install goes. For those that got bricked, are you using a GSM or CDMA phone? Installed this on mine and my wife's phones (CDMA) and no issues.

Working Cydia mirror repo:
camacho - December 5, 2011 at 10:26pm
OK, after digging some sites, here is what i got: 1-Before install h1siri you must uninstall siri0us. That's why all the brick. 2- After installation your video cam won't work and related apps too. For that there is a fix. Just Google it. 3-No connection to server. They say they gonna migrate to another server. Well the team behind this is chinese. Good luck apple trying to shut down something in China. 4-This absolutely proves Iphone 4 is more than capable to use Siri, and i feel disapointed with Apple as they should provide this. You have so much money, don't need to delay this to better sell the Iphone 4s. IMO
camacho - December 5, 2011 at 10:37pm
update: Don't install i if you have Semi tethered JB.
simon - December 5, 2011 at 10:40pm
i have mine on 5.01 semi tether and mine works fine with the camera, video and also settings just getting the unable to connect is there an issue if it is semi tethered ?
camacho - December 5, 2011 at 11:05pm
Simon: i'm glad you don't have those issues. Some people did. The unable to connect is common to everyone, let's just hope that server is for real. With hisirious i don't have the button to use the dictation siri as on sirii0us. Do you know how to enable it? or it's not possible?
simon - December 5, 2011 at 11:20pm
hi i dont seem to see any option for it so i dont think it is avalable im not sure if it is avalable for siri on iphone 4s so not sure if its something thats missing or not
cao - December 6, 2011 at 12:07am
I agreed with your comment 100%
simon - December 6, 2011 at 9:05am
hi i have just looked this morning and the siri dictation is on and works so not sure if it comes on after trying a few times to use the siri:-)

Apple has shut down over this. Watch out they don't come after YOU next.

What about the 4th gen iPod touch? Will that work? I REALLY want siri.
dt - December 5, 2011 at 8:05pm
Gonna have to buy an iPhone 4S to get Siri.
hmorris94 - December 5, 2011 at 5:23pm
I'm not going to provide a link, but a google search for "h1siri.0.1.deb" yields plenty of locations to download it online. For those who don't know how to install a package this way, use MobileTerminal, or SSH into your device, to run the command 'dpkg -i /path/to/h1siri.0.1.deb'. Alternatively you can use iFile, one of the best jailbreak apps. A couple notes of caution: this absolutely is illegal, it is reported to brick some people's devices, and their servers are down (probably for a long time and they may even be forced shut down permanently before they are able to come back up). I checked the files installed by the package, and sure enough it copies Apple's copyrighted files. I installed it fine and my phone is stable, but because their servers are offline it is useless. One link I will provide:
Carlos - December 5, 2011 at 8:56pm
Yep, you're right. I installed the .deb file and it bricked my phone. Ivrevommebd not installing it.
EthanBB - December 5, 2011 at 9:44pm
Downloaded ... UI is working, however Siri can't connect to server (1st hammered, now down until proxy upgrade).

Can anyone tell me why the left side of my Iphone earbud does not work I tried a brand new one and its the same problem only one sode works is this a common problen and how can i fix this to make both side work to hear sterio
duh - December 5, 2011 at 10:39pm
buyin new earphones will help..ur problem s not in ur iphone
sami - December 5, 2011 at 4:59pm
okay is he using a gsm or cdma phone? by the look of it its gsm so how can we tell if its the iphone 4 or 4s? at shows a simcard tray so if its a the cdma version this is the 4s which runs siri already. this is a very shady video. not enough proof but just enough shown to make you believe that its an iphone 4 running siri. ....and to the guy who was tellin people to f**k off and upgrade....ITS NOT worth an extra 2 years on our contracts for something that we can get for free. your only mad that you got duped into upgrading to the same device as an iphone 4. Ill wait to upgrade to iphone 5. once that comes out with something better than siri, im sure you'll be back on searching how to port something to your beloved 4s.
Frank - December 5, 2011 at 5:14pm
You can tell its an iPhone 4 by when he tilts it in the beginning. It doesn't have the antenna separator bands that the iPhone 4S has above the mute switch.
sasnik - December 5, 2011 at 6:43pm
oops.... got served...
wittybob - December 5, 2011 at 4:39pm
"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"
Frank - December 5, 2011 at 4:00pm
Guys, this thing isn't going to work for days. If it's using a proxy server to disguise itself to Apple, every request will need to be routed through that proxy server. Apple has a billion dollar data center to handle requests. These guys probably have one server. With a million people trying to use this hack their server is likely down for the count and unless they have money to put up a little server farm. It's not coming back up for a while.
Tim - December 5, 2011 at 4:04pm
Heres to hoping they will allow users to run their own servers :) after all, siri proxy is open on github, and i would imagine it would only be a branch of that at most. After all, there are people who emulate, and they have alot of people online doing MUCH more bw and cpu cycle consuming things. If theres a will, there will be a way.
Frank - December 5, 2011 at 5:13pm
My recommendation is that they let you enter the IMEI or whatever unique id is used to determine its an iPhone 4S. That way everyone is responsible for their own device. If too many people use the same IMEI, Apple will surely block that one but if I shared my iPhone 4S id with my iPhone 4, the traffic wouldn't be enough for Apple to detect.
Tim - December 5, 2011 at 3:58pm
iC need to [Update]: Siri proxy server is down, when it's up, will work again. It's a big install/download cydia wont do big download/installs on unreliable connections, if it download 81% and trys to install, it wont work, just reinstall if does not install. After install you need to turn it on in settings. Camera is bugged, there is a .deb file fix, i imagine there will be an update soon for h1siri. It was released on the 12th and has just been discovered by the western world, hence servers are being hammered I would think.
Tim - December 5, 2011 at 4:01pm
by the 12th, i do mean the 2nd of the Dec. I would imagine bigboss and modmyi will stay away for now, perhaps xSellize and sinfuliphone will have it later today.
nution - December 5, 2011 at 2:18pm
both sources don't work ! added the source installed H1Siri but does not work either !
Not on your life
Not on your life - December 5, 2011 at 12:43pm
To be arrested because of anything Apple iPhone OS related will make the individual somewhat of folk lore hero... A martyr for the cause. So this bound to happen soon... Let the lawyers come.
dt - December 5, 2011 at 1:18pm
Incredibly wrong and misleading. To be arrested for purposely breaking the "law" (not Apple's law), copyright infringement, reverse engineering (also against the law where applicable), will make you (not you personally) nothing more than a certified idiot. Unlike jail breaking which is not illegal, the above mentioned infractions are. Being a martyr for a cause is one thing, but there is nothing to be gained by this action. Maybe you remember the previous version of Siri that was hacked to work on older iPhone where the dev pulled down the site ASAP after a few letters from Apple and Nuance.
coxpereira - December 5, 2011 at 12:17pm
the repo doesn´t work, can u tell me what repo works?
Ziggy - December 5, 2011 at 2:27pm
it was on this source cydia, but the owner has removed since its not working
6italia0 - December 5, 2011 at 6:22pm that is the only repo that will actually contain h1siri
blackmango - December 5, 2011 at 11:00am
What do you mean... checking the legality ... You mean everything in cydia is legal?
dt - December 5, 2011 at 12:13pm
Siri has to use Apple's servers. The 4S is the only device cuurently allowed to access these servers. The developer of this app: 1. reverse engineered it. Illegal. 2. Allows an illegal app to illegally access Apple's servers. Again highly illegal. Cydia is not directly the problem. The app is.
Thevoiceofjustice - December 5, 2011 at 10:52am
For all of u that want siri but dont want to upgrade to the 4s........ Fuck off!! I cant believe u'd go to this measures just to get what wasnt supposed to be used with the iphone 4 because of hardware issues, come on!! We all know that!!!!!...... Just upgrade and stop bitchin about crashes, bugs, and pineapples........
6italia0 - December 5, 2011 at 12:07pm
um I don't think you get the point, the iphone 4 is perfectly capable of running siri using its A4 chip (this has already been proven). The iphone 4 processes siri request at almost the exact same speed as the 4S. For some its just that they want siri, for others like myself the 4S is completely useless as there is not yet an official jailbreak for it (cydia is the only reason I use IOS devices). also no one wants to upgrade for many different reasons either because they have already paid for an iphone 4 with a contract or bought them factory unlocked and don't want to pay another $700 just to get a less capable device just to use siri, they don't have an iphone and just want it on an iPod touch 4g, theres no point in having a 4S if its only key feature is siri or simply people think its just cool to have on an older device. so why don't you take your 4S and shove it up your ass and quit bitching, the 4S is not worth getting for just one feature.

6italia0 100000+++++
6italia0 - December 5, 2011 at 9:41am
servers are currently down, not surprising considering how many people are trying to download this at the same time (took five minutes for me to no get the timed out message). also siri will not listen with the alternate server settings, not sure what I need to change in the com.assistant.plist to enable listening
Harris - December 5, 2011 at 9:33am
installed fine! but siri is not able to connect to the network!
TIm - December 5, 2011 at 3:37pm
Yes, seems like apple blocked it. But siri still there in offline mode. >>>>> Quote "As you can see, Siri seems to be all the time offline, developers looking to migrate to a new more powerful server, and Apple has simply found a way to stop the operation of the latter depriving him of access to the server."
malhaar - December 5, 2011 at 9:31am
this screws the system, on 3/3 tries it took my iphone to recovery mode, 4th try and second time tethered boot my iphone was stuck on pineapple logo for hours.. then ended up in restore.. use with caution..
WJ - December 6, 2011 at 3:44pm
How did you fix it, mine is doing the same and the only thing I get is the pineapple logo and never boots.......

The repo doesn't work! HELP!!
dt - December 5, 2011 at 8:45am
The Apple lawyers are already sharpening up their axes on this one. Reverse engineering software is a big no-no....
Topher - December 5, 2011 at 8:40am
Installs easily....Disables any video recording/FaceTime....Doesn't connect to servers...That sums it up for people that want to know.....Since iclarified always does a great job! Oh and make sure you uninstall Siri0us before installing h1siri!!
Gonza - December 5, 2011 at 8:45am
Which site did you get it from Please
dt - December 5, 2011 at 8:55am
Hey Topher, Do you know if they are tracking your IP address? If you are going out to a server, there is a good chance Apple is tracking your IP addy and your phone UID. They could probably pinpoint your location as well.
ciafbiandothers - December 5, 2011 at 1:16pm
Hey dt, the gouvernment can pinpoint your location and and activate your your phone's microphone at any giving time even when your phone is closed. Think about that.
dt - December 5, 2011 at 1:21pm
You have a point. For sure they can pinpoint your location but they need access to your phone initially for them to be able to remote control it, or the user will have had to install something or visit a site that installs something.
Tim - December 5, 2011 at 3:42pm
There is a camera fix on iphone3gsystem, about 63mb, install through SSH. And yes, apple will pinpoint my location, come to my house and rape me for using Siri on iPHone4 :)
dt - December 5, 2011 at 3:48pm
@Tim, Apple will not come to your home for anything. I do not think you understand how it works. However, Apple will block Siri server access and sue the developer who is violating the law back to the Stone Age rightfully. Hope, I've helped you to understand much better now.
