Future Shop will begin selling the iPhone 3G in Canada on October 1st, 2008
Beginning October 1st, 2008the Apple iPhone 3G will be available for purchase at select Future Shop locations across Canada. The Apple iPhone took the world by storm in 2007 and was anxiously awaited by Canadians earlier this year when it was refreshed as the new iPhone 3G. This popular smartphone includes an integrated camera, apowerful web-browser, a smart email client and access to millions of songs, applications and games online.
The iPhone 3G will be initially available at 15 Future Shop locations: · Vancouver- Broadway,Robson, Coquitlam Centre, and West Vancouver · Calgary- Shawnessy and Northland · Edmonton- Edmonton West · Torontoarea - Downtown Toronto, Yonge& Eglinton, Eglinton& Laird, Vaughan,and Heartland · Ottawa- Ottawa South · Montreal- Centreville and Marche Central

Forget Future Shop. What is so special about it? iPhones are available at every Rogers and Fido shop in malls.
