Here's a video from MacRumors showing what the new taller 4-inch iPhone screen would look like in action. The new device is expected to have a resolution of 1136x640.

One unique idea they present is that older apps will be letterboxed at the top and bottom until updated for the taller display.

iPhone Air may be introduced with the liquid metal technology. It is gonna be the lightest phone in metal body. The thinnest and the fastest too. iPhone will be like the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air is the iPhone Air

Apple will stick to original iPhone 3.5 screen. It is the standard SJ wanted since it is the only screen which keeps the focus in front. It is the screen size where you can look at the entire screen with minimal eye effort. Place the screen 5 inches or 20 inches away, the screen is not tiring to the eye. 4.7 inches while lying in bed needs you to open your hands up so you can focus in what you are doing.

Ever wonder why Apple's laptop have never gone to HD bandwagon? Because computers should not be screened in HD. It will be tiring to the eye. You are not gonna use your computer as movie theater.

Actually there is something they can do. Apple just filed to take Samsung back to court over the Galaxy S3. Samsung is their closest competition the best way to beat them is to completely keep from making good phones, or selling them perhaps.

Why is everyone getting so upset? Apple hasn't released the new iPhone yet. You people are getting all worked up over mockups created by sources outside of Apple. It doesn't matter how close to Apple the so-called sources "SAY" they are, their so-called insider connections amount to nothing more than reading, believing, and reporting the rumors centered around a few 3D renders that are simply examples of Apple fan art, nothing more. Use your brains people.

My Galaxy S2 already has a larger screen. If this is the final product then it is a very questionable update to imagine.
