G-Form iPhone 5 Case Tested By 100,000 Foot Drop [Video]

G-Form, a company who makes protective cases for the iPhone and iPad, sent an iPod touch to an altitude of 100,000 feet in order to test their iPhone 5 case.

In the video, the iPod is lifted to over 100,000 feet by a weather balloon which bursts at altitude, then releasing the iPod to free-fall to Earth.

Unfortunately, the camera stopped functioning after reaching altitude so there is only footage of the way up. G-Form released a similar video for their iPad case.

I don't think this Video is Real, Why they did not show up the iPhone which it working before iPhone take off? Just showing the iPhone already landed and working ... waist of time ! I don't believe !

It's not even iPhone 5, it's iPod! Check 2:36 it has facetime icon which is only available (as separate icon) on iPod and not the iPhone. Why would they lie if it's real? Cheaper to destroy iPod?

It's called iPhone 5 and uploaded by G-Form. The video name I mean. How misleading is that? Not just iClarified, guys doing fake marketing also.. And the guy in the video keeps calling it iPhone 5..
