This is just stupid. Apple doesn't like it because there are great apps on Cydia, Like Cycorder and Winterboard. Unless they implement all these great features in another version which cydia offers, nothing will stop the jailbreak community. Also whats with MMS not working on the original iPhone. It has worked for ages on my original iPhone thanks to swirely mms :S. .:T:.

This means nothing, when you install any software etc you must accept terms, doesn't stop you breaking them

Apple can place any conditions they like, but they may not stand up to legal challenges. If Apple make their development software available to a developer, I can't see how they can successfully prevent a developer doing what he/she likes with it. Apple can say that if we find out a developer has been developing for Jailbroken phones, then we won;t let them publish to the Appstore, but hard to see how they can defend just saying "you can't develop jailbroken apps", especially when Jailbroken has not been found to be illegal in a court, it's only stated to be illegal by Apple. Let the court challenges roll on. I maintain that Apple needs the jailbroken community, and they know they need it. If you'd like to see my arguments read my article here:
