Marques Brownlee has posted a video demonstrating how the LG G Flex smartphone heals itself after being scratched by keys and a knife.
LG Electronics officially unveiled the LG G Flex, a smartphone curved designed to follow the contour of your face, on October 28th.
Among the several new technologies, the LG G Flex is the first smartphone to apply a "Self Healing" coating on the back cover. The elastic coating has the ability to recover from the daily wear-and-tear scratches and nicks that un-cased smartphones are likely to receive, keeping the device looking newer longer.
LG posted an official video demonstrating the coating which can also be seen below; however, Brownlee's video tests the coating under less than optimal conditions.
