The event starts at 10:00 a.m PST like usual; however, the Loop notes that it is being held in a different location.
Typically Apple’s events are held either at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco or at the company’s campus, but this year is a bit different. Apple said in the invitation that the event will be held at the Flint Center for the Performing Arts in Cupertino, the city where Apple’s corporate headquarters is located.

It was supposed to be "wish if we could copy more" . That was a minor error from Crapple. Forgive them and move on.

It was truth be told "wish we could reveal more" compared to assamsung spewing "wish we could innovate more". Face it and live with it.

Close operation? Get real. Apple has more cash on hand than the damn US government. With all the cash they have I'd take 20 years for them to go under. Ain't happening. You should look at Microsoft or Samsung who's sales and profits are dropping every quarter. And laying thousands of employes off.

Is the Flint Center a bigger or smaller venue (IE seating capacity) then the other two ?

iClarified - August 28, 2014 at 4:37pm
It appears as though the Flint Center is much larger. The Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater has a seating capacity of 757; whereas, the Flint Center has a seating capacity of 2405.

Next to the original iPhone and iPad this is probably one of the biggest and most important product announcements in awhile, or ever.

Why Flint Center at De Anza College?? They should held it either in San Francisco or their headquarter in Cupertino. The only reason I could understand is their headquarter is only 5 minutes away, but with big event like this, it should be at a big or well known location! Good thing is that there will be tons of parking since school hasn't started yet!

One reason is that it's where Jobs first introduced the Mac. 30 years of the Mac and probably one of the biggest and most important and anticipated events since the first iPhone.

Copying implies somthing is exactly the same. When someone takes somthing thats garbage and makes it function and easy to use that ius not copying. So take that back to you "OMG I HAVE NFC" camp that no one uses and party all night.
