Id Software has released Doom Resurrection for the iPhone and iPod touch.

Introducing DOOM Resurrection, a brand new, technologically advanced, heart pounding chapter in the legendary DOOM Saga!

This is suppose to be the first multiplayer FPS (as advertised on WWDC) but it does not have multiplayer capability which pisses me off! I guess they shoveled it out before they completed the coding. Still this game has the best graphics I have ever seen on the Iphone. I was also amazed on how easy it is to control the game for a FPS, best FPS by far. - : No multiplayer in this version + : Amazing game control. Amazing graphics. Best FPS for Iphone. When the multiplayer coding is complete, this game will probably be the coolest game in the APP store.
