Bluetooth issues:
When I hang up a phone call using my bluetooth wireless speaker my 4S goes to my lock screen picture and semi freezes there.
Personal Hotspot: Works under continual use with my iPad Mini, but if I stop using it and than go back to use it I have to turn the PH off and than on to make it work and sometimes need to turn the 4S off and on for it to function.

Please fix app crashing. If ios is the cause.
