UntetheredHeySiri is a tweak from developer Hamza Sood that lets you voice activate Siri at any time.
iOS 8 lets you bring up Siri by saying the words: 'Hey Siri'. The feature can be enabled from Settings > General > Siri menu. Unfortunately, it only works when your device is plugged in. Sood's tweak allows you to enable the 'Hey Siri' feature at all times. As expected this will come at the expense of battery life; however, if you need improved hands free operation, it may be worth the trade off.
You can get the tweak for free from the Big Boss Cydia repository...

We obviously know who doesn't own an iPhone. ..but this tweak has been out for so long, at least 2 months. I wonder if they fixed the oversensite issue. It would come on randomly when I had it.
