One more main thing samsung is very very fast in price drop the buyers become fools by seeing the price after 6 months

Think of it like this iPhone 6 is a DUAL core processor. And Samsung galaxy s6 is OCTA core. And I think that for a dual core iPhone did pretty good

Not really a big deal anyway! No surprise how the next iphone will get a huge leap ahead. Think of it an iPad Air 2 with 2gb of ram for example.

Something wrong with his iPhone. Flipboard app never took so much time to load on my phone any time.

If a phone comes out one year later and is only 3 seconds faster than its a waste of money.... If Samsung is ever to be better than Apple there going to after so much better ....

Even if it were much faster, many users prefer iOS because of the ecosystem and guaranteed updates. There is a different point in comparing iOS to Android phones; most people buy into the ecosystem, not just the raw speed or specs.

I agree, the bloatware can be very annoying.

Bringing to discussion both specs: iPhone 6 Platform OS iOS 8, upgradable to iOS 8.2 Chipset Apple A8 CPU Dual-core 1.4 GHz Cyclone (ARM v8-based) GPU PowerVR GX6450 (quad-core graphics) Memory Card slot No Internal 16/64/128 GB, 1 GB RAM Galaxy s6 Platform OS Android OS, v5.0.2 (Lollipop) Chipset Exynos 7420 CPU Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57 GPU Mali-T760 Memory Card slot No Internal 32/64/128 GB, 3 GB RAM The benchmark results suggest that software optimization plays a significant role regardless of the core and memory counts.

Why is he using Samsung's latest flagship phone, and NOT comparing it with the iPhone 6 Plus? Why the iPhone 6?

Actually, the iPhone 6 Plus is slower than the iPhone 6. It has a higher resolution screen to drive.

This is not fair. QHD 2560x1440 with 577 ppi vs. 1334x750 with 326 ppi.

What difference does it make anyway when it's as clear as it looks. I see nothing wrong with either display other than how much more battery life it hogs for cramming so much on a small screen.

Since the a8x chip is used in ipad air, let's see how the next 2 phones can compare. The a8x with an extra ram gave it an ultra boost. Can't wait to see how the a9 chip does in the next iphone.
