Rediculous, AT&T are holding back the US, the rest of the world has been able to send MMS for years and I recal only four years ago the phones used in the US was ancient compared to those available in Europe. They have caught up since then but the infrastucture is way behind which is crazy. Why didnt they invest in a decent infrasruture when they intoduced GSM phones. it beggars belief that the largest phone operator treats there customer this way

This is NOT a Crock of Shit, it's a Full Ditch of Dung!...... THE LARGEST Phone Company in the world, making the MOST money has to do What? They are overcharging US to make infrastructure changes, and this by itself is wrong. AT&T is lagging behind and being the ONLY iPhone carrier were stuck. "We'd been working on it", BULL! They knew this was comming, and iPhone seems to be the ONLY Phone AT&T has that don't allow MMS, WHY?.. We'll they put it off a few Months and get some Cash together to Say it's being worked on!..

This may be the reason that AT&T is doing what many people consider overcharging on price. Perhaps they need the money to build the infrastructure so it won't crash- and that's expensive. I read somewhere that AT&T data usage has increased 800-900% (8-9x) since iPhone launch. Frankly, a near 1,000% increase without major upgrades is going to lead to major reliability issues. People who complain and call shit on AT&T without understanding of why (99% of people) are ignorant bastards. Yell first, ask questions later is a sad sad way to live, and I find it offensive.

850MHz... HAHAHAHAHA have fun with that one! I work at a Fire Department about 50 Miles South of Chicago and we use 850-860MHz Motorola System, the same system AT&T wants to use. The Radios cost about $5000 a piece. CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY did I mention CRAPPY Signals especially inside buildings!!! So whats does that mean for you $300 iPhone or Blackberry? It means your service will get even more shitty than what it already is.

U don't get a **** about radiowaves and cellular networking don't you.... It's been more than 20 years that GSM networks work on 850Mhz and it works just fine... for your knowledge 3G networks were initially based on 1600-1800Mhz and until now all around the world and especially in the USA and Europe from what i know (i am from Europe) there is no 3G network using the 850Mhz band... it's a very new thing it wasn't possible for 3G to go on 850Mhz before. U must know that the higher the frequency the harder it becomes for waves to pass obstacles like walls, buildings etc... No talking about trees because there still ain't no wave i know of that can perfectly pass through a tree... So using the 850Mhz band is a very new, revolutionary and positive thing and it's gonna have an excellent impact on signal strenght especially inside building... i wish Vodafone goes 850Mhz 3G here in Italy !!! Quit talking BS when u don't know what u're talking about ! Cheers

What a joke....people using Iphones must be dummies...no MMS yet? I've had MMS as long as I can remember on my Verizon and T-Mobile. Whats wrong with these people that they think IPhone is cool when does not even have MMS which I consider is one of the basic things to do. I bet when MMS finally arrives for the Iphone they will act like they invented MMS

That's what I've been telling people. Everytime AT&T let's a new feature become active they act like they're doing you a favor and like it's never been seen or done before. They do it every year to sell more phones, this big deal about mms is just to sell more phones and the video messaging that hasn't happened yet I bet they wait for the next model to allow that feature. I hope Apple leaves AT&T next summer.

There is a hot chick. She works at the att store here. She's smoking hot. So hot that her iphone overheated in her bra strap and exploded. Apple investigated her.
