The most irritating thing about the iPhone is that Apple made/own it. Apple suck!! And it took owning an iTouch for me to learn that.

Im not even sure of the whole point of the article...just give me my freakin MMS. I mean no one said it was the perfect phone. I could easily give 5 things I hate about my Bold, or Hero as well.

Biggest irritating thing is not allowing apps to run in the background i.e. skype and notot allowing apps like skype to run over 3g Thank god for jailbreaking :)

The only one I can agree with is #5. I can't even understand what they mean with the other 4 comments. and I've used iPhone since the initial launch.

Umm...unlock? Besides why is everyone being all upset about it only being AT&T? Lg, samsung, Sony and a shitload of others do the same damn thing!!! Everyone needs to quit bitchin' and realize that apple and AT&T are companies too just like the rest of them. And to all the iPhone haters that complain about what the phone doesn't have, would you invent one of the coolest devices iof it's time and give the people EVERYTHING THAT THEY WANT WITH IT? or would you limit it so that you can 'show' you are 'improving' it to keep your customers interested? I would go for the second option. And that's a fact of what all product inventers do. It's called 'i'm going to limit this that way I can have something to 'upgrade' and resell to keep making money'!!!

well in australia apple sells the iphones 'unlocked' so we can use them on any of the telco's we like :)

That's, not completely true. The rest of the worlds iPhones come bought unlocked. Those companies get away with the exclusivity cause Only in America it's ok to rip people off even if all of the country knows it. It's ashame there people like you who defend these companies that rip off the people that made them. BUT. It goes both ways, if people are gonna complain and the really want to be heard stop using the service!!! You'll NEVER be heard and they will never care cause YOU KEEP USING THEIR SERVICE. That just gives big business more power.... It's simple logic but us as Americans are fat, lazy, spoon-fed, idiots.

I do not support them doing that. I was stating a fact that a lot of companies sell exclusive phones to certain carriers. It's the very same thing apple is doing. And no, I don't think it's right. But, however, it is the way the industry work because later it causes the 'copying' to begin which brings about different phones by different companies that do similar things. Perfect example cars. One company comes out with headlights that turn when you do, that sparks others to try and make it better. Same thing happening here with the iPhone and blackberry and lg touch and all the others. What I hate is when people complain about something they knew very much about! Complaining isn't going to do any good, but it's understandable to voice one's opinion about something, it's the 'whining'(spell check please). Don't sit and act as if apple is going to give you everything you want. Or any company for that matter. It's just not going to happen. <--- and that was not directed to the person above this comment. Companies that sell phone unlocked in other countries do it because they want to. To be quite honest, maybe they saw ahead of time and thought about the amount of people that would jailbreak their phones and unlock them to use them on other networks, who knows. I just know it sucks about the AT&T thing but I use them because of rollover and coverage in my area. To each their own.

I agree, and people seem to over look what these exects are saying. Steve Jobs has said that he knows what's best for the consumer. So people won't get anything from acting like babies and then still using their product like it's an addiction.
