Apple Releases Updated iOS 9.3 Build to Fix Activation Bug on Older Devices

Apple has released a new build of iOS 9.3 for older iPhones and iPads, fixing activation issues encountered by some users when updating.

When updating to iOS 9.3 on older devices, users were asked to enter their Apple ID and password. However, if the user didn't remember their password the device became stuck in an inactivated state.

my iMessage still Waiting for activation since I updated, I had restart my i5s and reset network setting but still doesn't work.

WTF iOS 9.3 released before few days and there is bugs, they seriuosly need to hire testers

They did several betas of iOS 9.3 prior to release. They had thousands of testers using the betas so what you said already happened.

No. It wasn't too long ago when apple said they'll be working on the path. This one here the article mentioned was probably involved before this was even mentioned.
