Is it lightning proof too? That's a Ridiculous add and unsafe to even suggest that.

Yes, "the water resistant iPhone 7" for morning ride and then it immediately says "water damage isn't covered under warranty". That's practically false advertising!

They can't make a phone indestructible. It's water proof up to a certain pressure. You can't differentiate between someone who dropped it in the pool and someone who went scuba diving with it therefore you cannot cover water damage.

First off, A phone being advertised about being water resistant means that a phone can only go a certain amount it can handle. 2. The part where it mentions that warren toy doesn't cover the damage done is that if you go beyond the limit the phone can handle. It doesn't mean that it can instantly touch the water and story it so technically, not false advertising.
