Apple Stops Signing iOS 9.3.5 and 10.0.1, Downgrades No Longer Possible

Apple has stopped signing iOS 9.3.5 and 10.0.1, meaning that downgrading or restoring to those firmware versions is no longer possible.
Currently, Apple's latest iOS firmware is 10.0.2 and 10.0.3 for the iPhone 7. Developers and public testers have been seeded iOS 10.1 which is expected later this month.

ok I'm confused and I think I know what "Icgarza10" meant, the article says that now it is not possible to downgrade to 9.xx but it refers to iPhone 7, so,,,,,, that means that iPhone 7 was possible to downgrade to 9.5xx but obviously either the article is not accurate or somewhere we have wrong info...
No, because each phone and iOS version has an identifier to make them compatible. There was never a iOS 9.3.5 releases for iPhone 7, therefore it never had an official identifier for it to be installable on the iPhone 7. iOS 10 only. :)
