iPhone 7 Plus vs. $50000 Red Weapon [Video]

Check out this comparison of video taken with the iPhone 7 Plus vs. footage taken with the $50,000 RED Weapon camera.

The comparison was posted to YouTube by Parker Walbeck.


iPhone 7 Plus 4k video footage captured using the Filmic Pro app. I used the MoviM5 for stabilizing for comparison reasons but you can get nice phone stabilizers like the DJI Osmo Mobile for only a couple hundred dollars. Both cameras lightly color corrected in Adobe Premiere Pro using Lumetri Color.

The difference in quality is obvious, depth of field makes all the difference in the world,however the iPhones came does a pretty good job.!!
