The update is only 68MB but why does it the take so long while the OTA Update(iPhone 7Plus) about 10 minutes? Has someone the same problem?

People on iOS 9.3.3 should stay there for as long as possible, I don't see likely any jailbreak tool release in the near future.. Have your .ipsw file download ready and your SHSH2 blobs saved. Only gonna restore to a signed firmware as I've always done so, no exceptions to me.

Trying to install the update OTA bricked my Iphone 6s. It shows a screeen indicating that I should connect to iTunes and with the following URL written: support.apple.com/iphone/restore. Tried to update using iTunes but didn't work. Will probably have to re-install the entire thing... :-(

That is OTA (over the air). When you do download this, it is faster, smaller. Doing it from the computer, will download the whole OS, and replace everything. You may prefer from your computer as it will replace all the files, eliminating bad files from the possibilities.

Nearly 2GB is quite large for a stability update. Doesn't sound like it's worth an updateI especially if there is the potential of an iOS10 jailbreak releases soon.

Potential jailbreak? Doubt it.

I know, I highly doubt it too. Just wishful thinking. I've never trusted Luka Tedesco in the past but I was hoping this time he could pull of a jailbreak. We're still waiting. I miss having a jailbroken phone!
