HBO has released an update to its HBO GO app that brings support for Single Sign-On and the new TV app.
Single Sign-On lets you enter your cable TV credentials and get access to all apps in your package without having to sign in to each individual app.
The TV app lets you see all the movies and shows you’re watching, find upcoming episodes, and get recommendations for new things to watch. You can start watching a movie or show directly from the TV app without switching between individual apps.
HBO GO is HBO’s authenticated streaming service, available at no additional cost to HBO customers who subscribe through their participating television provider. It’s HBO, anywhere, and lets you enjoy unlimited access to the best of HBO: original series, hit movies, sports, documentaries, comedy specials and more. HBO GO is available on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, as well as Apple TV and a variety of other devices.
What's New In This Version: - Track your favorite HBO GO Shows and Movies via TV App - Support for signing-in to HBO GO using Apple Single-Sign On for select providers - Continue Watching your last movie or TV episode from the HBO GO Homescreen
You can download HBO GO from the App Store for free.
