Hearing this call brings home the importance of teaching your young child their home address ... Isn't that what Location Services does?

You're right. But call takers still ask for the location, and for good reason. Not everyone is calling about a patient that is located with them. And errors occasionally occur. Being able to provide an address speeds up the process, and in these situations time matters.
