MobileVolumeSound Updated to Support iPhone 3.0

MobileVolumeSound has been updated to include support for iPhone OS 3.0.

MobileVolumeSound adds the volume sound found in Mac OSX to the volume popup. Previously it was only compatible with iPhone OS 3.1+

Changelog for 1.2:
- Now works on 3.0 as well!
- Works when the screen is off but music is playing (as would be expected).
