Apple Card Expected to Launch in August [Report]

Posted July 26, 2019 at 4:32pm by
Apple and Goldman Sachs are expected to launch their new credit card in just a few weeks, reports Bloomberg.

The Apple Card is targeted to launch as early as the first half of August. That timing means the project is on schedule for the summer release date that Apple first announced in March. People who own an iPhone will be able to sign up for the card via the Wallet app, which will have built-in Apple Card support as part of the latest iOS 12.4 update.

The Apple Card will offer daily cash back, no fees, and enhanced privacy.

Apple Card transforms the entire credit card experience by simplifying the application process, eliminating fees, encouraging customers to pay less interest and providing a new level of privacy and security.
