A Robust Contact Tool for Mac OS X

Mac-Chi has released WhoPaste 4.3 by adding dynamic rule management, implementing opportunity creation in Daylite, and expanding the custom data extractions available for Daylite. With a single keystroke, WhoPaste can create contact records from the selected text in web pages, e-mails messages, or even spreadsheets. WhoPaste supports Marketcircle's award winning Daylite, as well as Apple's Address Book, Google's Contacts, and Microsoft's Entourage.
Mac-Chi recently introduced Daylite users to rule-based data extraction policies. Version 4.3 expands this functionality by allowing multiple extraction rules to be assigned to Daylite fields. This customizable extraction functionality has also now been extended to include Daylite's date fields. In addition, when WhoPaste is extracting text from Mail or Entourage, version 4.3 now allows for assigning the sender's e-mail address or domain.
WhoPaste 4.3 also provides Daylite users with an optional linked Opportunity whenever a contact is created. A default Opportunity name is available as well as a rule-based name that can include the contact's name and organization.
Version 4.3 introduces dynamic management of the underlying lexicon that facilitates WhoPaste's extraction process. With version 4.3 users can simply select text in the review window and invoke the context menu to add this text to the various lexical categories. Once the new value has been stored, WhoPaste will automatically re-evaluate the current text using the updated lexicon.
Version 4.3 adds to WhoPaste's already impressive list of features including: significant Daylite functionality, citation capture for information sourcing, automatic group assignment for Address Book, Google, and Entourage, post-process script execution, AppleScript-abiity, pre-built Automator actions, automatic SMS address augmentation, back-office system integration options, archiving, language customization for niche markets, duplicate contact detection, and much more.
Pricing and Availability:
* WhoPaste 4.3 is available for $15.00 (USD) for a 1-Mac license
* 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 25 Mac licenses are available (2-Mac license is $20 USD)
* A free trial version is available for download
* The trial version allows saving 20 extracted contacts
* A WhoPaste Media Review License Key is available upon request
