Luis: Actually, you can control the volume today by tapping once on the album art image to display the additional controls, similar to showing the additional controls in the iPod application. From here you can adjust the volume by tapping the volume up/down icons or tapping directly on the volume bar to set to a specific position. You can also set the current playlist's shuffle and repeat state, rate the current song, and select AirTunes speakers (if you have an AirPort Express in your network). To hide these controls just tap the album art again.
You don't actually have to purchase a license to gain access to these, the demo version's only limitation is the registration prompts for 1/3 of the items in your media library.

Ok I just read the website and it's a demo have to but to get full access. Note to self read first.
