Apple has seeded watchOS 10 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 21R5295g.

watchOS beta gives you an early preview of upcoming apps, features, and technologies.

Apple notes this beta version of watchOS should only be deployed on devices dedicated for watchOS beta software development.
