Apparently it's just O2 & Carphone Warehouse until 1st June, Apple aren't reducing the price (yet).

I wonder if it will be applied to iPhones bought without a special tarif. in other words, will it be possible to just walk in an AppleStore, buy an iPhone for cheaper, and take it home and unlock it.
