AT&T is texting iPhone customers to let them know about network improvements directly linked to their feedback via the Mark the Spot app, according to TUAW.
The Mark the Spot app was introduced at the end of 2009 and allows customers to submit a report of call or data problems at a current location or after the fact.
The app also lets you nominate business locations for AT&T to consider as candidate Wi-Fi spots.
If you would like to submit your own feedback you can download the app from here.
