Apple TV has released the official trailer for "Imperfect Women," a new psychological thriller limited series starring and executive produced by Emmy Award winners Kerry Washington and Elisabeth Moss. The eight-episode drama premieres globally on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
The series will debut with its first two episodes, followed by new installments every Wednesday through April 29. The trailer arrives after the first look shared late last year.
Based on the novel by Araminta Hall, "Imperfect Women" centers on a crime that shatters a decades-long friendship between three women. As the investigation unfolds, long-buried secrets surface, exposing fractures in relationships that once appeared unbreakable.
Created for television by Annie Weisman, who also serves as showrunner, the series marks her latest collaboration with Apple following the dramedy "Physical." In addition to Washington and Moss, the ensemble cast includes Kate Mara, Joel Kinnaman, Corey Stoll, Leslie Odom Jr., Audrey Zahn, and Jill Wagner.
"Imperfect Women" is a co-production between 20th Television and Apple Studios. Weisman executive produces alongside Moss and Lindsey McManus for Love & Squalor Pictures, and Washington and Pilar Savone for Simpson Street. Author Araminta Hall and writer Kay Oyegun also serve as executive producers. Lesli Linka Glatter directs and executive produces episodes one, four, and five.
