I have upgraded to a new iPad and need to transfer all my data, especially my email messages. Since I have been unable to transfer them via iCloud or iTunes backup, I am looking for a solution or an app that can help me move these emails, as they are essential for my work.

Most email accounts today use IMAP or Exchange services, which store your messages on the mail server rather than exclusively on the device. To transfer your mail to a new iPad, you generally do not need a backup. Simply go to Settings, tap Mail, then tap Accounts on your new iPad and add your email account. Once you log in, your folders and messages will automatically sync from the server. If you are using an older POP3 account where messages were downloaded and deleted from the server, you should check if your email provider offers a way to switch to IMAP or if you can move the local archives using a computer. For the vast majority of users, signing into the account on the new device is the direct solution.
