I previously had a jailbroken iPad on iOS 5.1.1 with many apps installed. After upgrading to iOS 6.1.2 and jailbreaking again, I am unable to reinstall my previous applications. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

To resolve issues reinstalling applications after a jailbreak update, first ensure that you are signed into the correct Apple ID in the App Store settings. If the apps were originally downloaded from the App Store, you should be able to redownload them from your Purchased history by opening the App Store app and selecting the Purchased tab. For apps that were originally installed via Cydia, you will need to re-add your previous repositories and manually install the packages again, as Cydia apps and tweaks are not backed up through iTunes or iCloud. If you are trying to sync apps from your computer, ensure that your computer is authorized in iTunes by going to the Store menu and selecting Authorize This Computer. If the apps still fail to install, try a hard restart of your device and ensure that your jailbreak is stable and that Cydia has finished its initial filesystem preparation.
