It seems as though a hacker has taken control of numerous iTunes accounts and used them to purchase fake iBooks from the App Store.
According to Engadget, 42 of the top 50 books by revenue are from the seller Thuat Nguyen, whose company website ("mycompany") leads to parked site www.home.com. Most of these books have strange names such as "Conan 1", "Conan 2", "Thuy Hu P1", "Thuy Hu P2", etc. and are in Vietnamese even though they are listed as English.
You may want to check your iTunes account to make sure no unauthorized transactions have occurred.

IP addresses from the connection should be banned and the ISP should be accountable for this missuse, simple as that. As long as they can't find the perpetrator, all IPs from that ISP should be blocked from accessing the stores.
