Devoe Technologies has announced that their newest photography app, iCandyCamera is now available on the iTunes App Store. The first app of its kind, iCandyCamera gives both photographers and their subjects unprecedented control to protect their photo albums and their privacy through the use of permission levels, dual password protection and multiple access monitors.
iCandyCamera works with photos taken from within the app, as well as existing photo albums. The owner controls access to the application, the appearance and visibility of the albums while, photo subject, assigns the album name, indicate photo subjects, add album-specific notes and create a secure password. The photo subject can then set whether to show thumbnail images from the album or lock the album entirely from outside users.
For photo subjects, iCandyCamera's dual security controls allow for the creation of a separate "guest" password, that restricts access to viewing photos only. Additional access controls can be set to determine the availability of the photo or photo album. Subjects can set a view counter to lock out the phone owner after a predetermined number of views. Users can also set an expiration date to have the album become inaccessible after a set period of time. No longer do users have to worry about forgotten photos or albums that would otherwise remain accessible indefinitely.
For anyone concerned about privacy and taking control over both the photos they take and photos taken of them, iCandyCamera is the perfect app for the job. For more information on iCandyCamera visit the iTunes App Store or iCandyCamera online.
Pricing and Availability: iCandyCamera 1.2 is only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Photography category.
