Save Betsy 1.0 Released for iPhone and iPod touch

Hairy Monster Studios has announced the release of Save Betsy 1.0, their latest game for iPhone and iPod touch. The game is best described as Doodle Jump for meat lovers. Save Betsy challenges players to help Betsy the cow escape from the Vegan Meat Co. by jumping up on stationary, moving and breakable platforms that become harder and harder to navigate as the player gets higher.

What sets Save Betsy apart is the humorous ways Betsy can meet her demise. As Betsy tries to escape she will encounter grills, grinders, electric fences, tornadoes and even meat factories. To help Betsy in her quest you will find haystacks to hide under and horse costumes to wear (nobody eats a horse, right?) as well springs, wings and cow rescue helicopters to help propel Betsy higher at a faster pace. Betsy is also equipped with a special cow pie shooter to help her eliminate obstacles along the way.

Save Betsy has built in Facebook integration so you can brag about your scores along with local and global leader boards. The global leader boards feature all-time, last week and last 24 hour high score tracking.
