Doug Bowman has managed to snap a picture of a WWDC 2011 banner that shows the new iCloud icon. AppleInsider was also able to snap some pictures.
The banner was being put up at San Francisco's Moscone Center in preparation for Apple's World Wide Developer Conference next week.
Interestingly, it matches the side bar icon found by 9to5Mac in Mac OS X Lion some time ago.
