InstallerApps claim they have a leaked version of Installer 4.0 and have posted links to it.
Recently RiP Dev distributed the first beta of Installer 4.0 to established repositories in order to help them prepare their repos. Unfortunately, it seems someone has leaked this unfinished version out into the wild.
Please note before you attempt to install that you may experience crashes and/or bugs. This version was not intended for anything other then developer use.
On a side note, Rip Dev knows who leaked it. All beta's distributed to the ones that got accepted had a water mark on it. In fact, they know 99% who did it. And no, it was not iClarified :)

@ Drew: Look at the various faq's on cydia, even if installer was on 2.0 you still wouldnt have your apps till they were ported over

well im waiting im actually like really bugged that its not out yet i mean i wanted a iphone for a year got one a week ago to find out that my precious 2.0 software cant even get the safari download plugin cause i cant use a sorce with cydia or am i wrong if so someone help me figure this out i want the camcorder app and to be able to download files from safari like if i go to airmp3.com i wanna download the file i cant ?? hmm i cant think of anything else
