NowListening is an iOS 5 tweak that shows a banner notification on iPod song change.
NowListening just shows in a banner the song actually beeing played !
Tap on it to open the iPod.app !
No icons are added to the homescreen. There are no options to configure.
You can get the tweak by McNight from the Big Boss Cydia repository.
