I agree, this is disappointing. Instead of stopping people from mentioning the phrase, now everyone is going to be talking about it. I can imagine the Tonight Show dialogue already. How about David Letterman's 'Top Ten reasons why Apple is wrong!'

If Apple starts censoring common words, what happens if those words are part of names? This censorship seems excessive.

In what way is that violating coyright? When did you copyright your name? One thing is saying this is an unnecessary censor, which it is, and other is making up stuff.
