Really? The only people I've known who've joined Google Plus did it because their fat fingers keep hitting the obnoxious button, and there's no simply way to "Undo" the "join" option.
I wasn't aware that anyone actually used it. It seems it's Google's least popular tool (aside from "Groups", anyway).
