Non-developers who have installed iOS 7 on their devices can safely update to iOS 7 beta 5 via Software Update, according to verified reports.
As we revealed last month, you can update to iOS 7 without a registered developer UDID as long as you perform the update procedure outlined here.
Remember you will not be able to restore your device to iOS 7; however, we have also verified that downgrading to iOS 6 is in fact possible.
We are posting an extensive list of all the changes found in the new beta here.

Bu.... Sh$%# the performance on the 4s is really decent, fast enough for a 2 years phone, and all the new features with the exception of AirDrop, work on It perfectly fine, i've tested all the betas on my personal phone and the are not Putting the 4s OUT of the game, it looks like this time they are just adding new hardware and extra features rather than makiing everybody's phone useless. Its obvious You are not really using beta 5 on the 4s at all

maybe you misunderstood what the person before you said. You cannot Update OTA update from Beta 3 to Beta 5. You could only do that if you were on BETA 4.
