Many users, including us, have been unable to make purchases from the iTunes Store, running into the "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" message.
Apple's own system status page does point to an iTunes store issue, claiming 'some users' are affected. The page also says App Store should be running normal, while others have had mixed results. The issue reportedly started occurring around 11:30am EST
Are you experiencing any issues making purchases on iTunes store or the App Store? Let us know in the comments below.
Update: Apple is reporting that this issue extends to App Store, iBooks Store, Mac App Store, iTunes Match, and iCloud Backup...
Update 2: Apple is reporting that all issues are now resolved...
Update 3: Now FaceTime is down for some, according to the System Status page.

What most people do is use the same password for everything and don't change their password every 3 to 6 months like their suppose too.
Be smart and change it. It has to be atleast 16 letters, with symbols and numbers long. In order to be a strong password. And don't keep the same password for every site because that is stupid.

I had no problems yesterday with my 4S over the Air downloading apps and updating 4 of them. Even my beta testing went smoothly.

Just change the DNS numbers to 8.8.8.8 this works for me in UK iPhone 5 and iPad 4. I hope this works for everyone. Greetings.
