Ryan Petrich has brought true video multitasking to iOS with his latest tweak called 'VideoPane.
VideoPane allows you to detach a video from its native player and navigate it around on top of the iOS UI -- making it possible to watch videos while sending a text, checking twitter, or browsing the web.
Detach videos into a separate draggable pane. Multitask watching videos from YouTube, iTunes, Netflix, Safari, Twitter, Facebook and more. Features simple gestures with Activator customization.
Once you detach a video from most players, you can drag it around the OS and it snaps to different quadrants. Double tapping a video adds transparency to the video so you can see behind it.
In addition to VideoPane, Petrich also release a free tweak called VideoPace. VideoPace lets users adjust playback speed from the settings app and is available in Cydia for free.
VideoPane is available in Cydia for $1.99.
