Apple has seeded a new version of Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.1 to developers for testing. Two weeks ago, Apple seeded build number 13B35 with Mail improvements-- this build number is 13B40.
- Improved support for Gmail in OS X Mail, and fixes for users with custom Gmail settings - Improves the reliability of Smart Mailboxes and search in Mail - Fixes an issue that prevented contact groups from working properly in Mail - Resolves an issue that prevented VoiceOver from speaking sentences that contain emoji - Updates Shared Links periodically when open in the Safari Sidebar
Apple claims fixes surrounding Mail, VoiceOver, Shared Links and Graphics Drivers are all included in this seed -- the same list of changes that were in the previous build.

There is a more in my opinion beyond the above fixes that is wrong with current mavericks system. It is too streamlines for my liking with a lack of color and icon art (esp. in the sidebar) that I liked and made it easier to find items. A lack of ease like when I had a whole bunch of mail that I just wanted to highlight and delete. No highlighing doesn't work and I have to go thru extra step that I'd rather not. I don't like the look of the calander. Just preferred the old one--it worked so why change it?
Can't remember it all now but there are some things that were better left alone. I will add what I do like is the ability to dictate. It isn't perfect but I was going to get Dragon and now I a not going to get it. I hope some things in this version are addressed. I'd try it but am afraid it will cause havoc but I'll think about it.
