About Mealplan
Mealplan has all sorts of things that make your meal planning a breeze: it adds a drag and drop weekly planner that makes it easy to organize meals for your entire week. With the weekly planner, making a shopping list for your week is just a button press away. Mealplan also adds a way to create menus for your meals too. Finally, print out a planner for your entire week, so that you can see "what's for dinner," at a glance.

About Cookbook
Organize your recipes into chapters, add text and image pages, and create real PDF cookbooks that you can share or print with the Cookbook plug-in. You can print your cookbooks on your own printer, or upload them to print-on-demand services, which let you create real cookbooks for sharing with your family and gift giving. What a great way to create and share that family cookbook you've always wanted to do!

About Nutrition
Using the latest nutritional database provided by the USDA, the Nutrition plug-in, lets you quickly and easily calculate nutritional information for your recipes, based on each ingredient and amount used. It adds an easy-to-use database browser that lets you search though all of the nutritional items and their nutrient values in the entire database. Browse by food group, or quickly search by the description based on what you type into the search field.
