Ubermind Releases Maperture Pro

Ten months ago, Ubermind turned the world of digital photography on its head with the release of Maperture. Now, the company that brought you some of the most popular Aperture plug-ins available is at it again with the release of Maperture Pro.

"Maperture has been tremendously successful, but it was never intended to be the final word on Aperture geotagging plug-ins," said Leif Harrison, Ubermind Engineer and Maperture Pro's Lead Developer. Expanding upon Maperture's already robust toolset, the Pro version adds an impressive assortment of highly requested features, including: importing Tracklog data from a wide-array of GPS devices; altitude (Z-axis) tagging; support for reverse geocoding; options for customizable keywords; as well as the ability to copy and paste geotag data.
