AirCoaster Demos Built In Compass Support

Ziconic has published a demo video of AirCoaster v2.6 which will feature built in compass support.

AirCoaster 3D is a high-speed 3D roller coaster simulator and track editor for the iPhone/iPod touch. The new version will let you tilt and turn your iPhone to look up/down/left/right. Only looking up/down will be possible on other iPhones/iPod touches without a built in compass.

Note: The current and next version of AirCoaster 3D are OS 2.2.1 and OS 3.0 compatible, and so will not be able to take advantage of the 3G S's compass. The version after that (v2.6) will be OS 3.0 only (but will still work on all iDevices) and will have the compass/accelerometer feature shown in this video. :-)

I don't know this could be pretty sick...remember when you would watch those films as a kid that would try to be simulators for this...granted on the small screen not so sure there is going to be the same effect...but the course looked pretty cool...especially watching in HD. I'm curious to see more.
