Great! I'll be trying this out tonight. Normally I set minimum brightness and use f.lux with the candle setting which makes everything dark orange and easy on the eyes. Greyscale+Invert colours is nice(and I have a flipswitch for it) but it's only good if the thing I'm reading is on a bright background. Either way, it's nice having the option. I just hope my home button doesn't get angry with me :)

Thank you! I thought I had exhausted all the options within Apple settings. I learned a couple new things from this. Great trick.

It's night,i'm in my room with lights out.I turn iphone's brightness to the minimum and its way too dark ( even in these conditions, let alone dayline). Now tell me again, what is the use of this?

You should get your eyes checked then. At the lowest setting the iPhone's screen brightness is still very bright.
