eBay app Updated to 1.4.0 with Push Support

The official eBay app has added more features once again. Users can now pay with PayPal directly from the eBay app. Push Notifications are now supported as well, so users can also be notified of outbids, and items being watched. Users can also search completed listings. Even more interesting is that you must be 17 years or older to download and use the eBay app.
