Apple has posted the humorous film it used to kickoff WWDC 25 to its YouTube channel. Titled 'Backstage,' the film starred actor Bill Hader who took the role of David LeGary, WWDC's director.
The video features many references to tech culture, with apps, memes, and more. You can spot Tinder, Angry Birds, Everynote, Lyft and even some stock iOS apps. To wrap things up, comedian's Danny Pudi sings a song about developing an app and releasing it to the App Store.
While the clip was viewable through the Keynote stream, you can now watch it separately on Apple's YouTube channel.
What did you think of this year's WWDC opening? Do you prefer a typical Apple video, or did you prefer this year's kickoff video?
